What is RE9?
RE9 is online property management software and a real estate CRM. It brings properties, tenants, leases, rent bills, sales, maintenance and accounting into one system.
Who is RE9 for?
Real estate agencies, landlords, property managers, developers, housing societies and owners of commercial buildings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every company gets a 90-day free trial with all sections unlocked, starting on the day the business is set up.
Which countries and currencies does RE9 support?
Any country. Each company chooses its own country, currency and tax name, for example PKR with GST, AED or SAR with VAT, or GBP with VAT. RE9 does not convert between currencies.
Which languages are available?
English, Urdu, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Hindi and Chinese. Urdu and Arabic show right-to-left.
Can tenants and owners see their own information?
Yes. Owners, tenants and buyers get their own portal and see only their own records.
Does RE9 do accounting?
Yes. Bills, payments, expenses, deposits and owner distributions post automatically to double-entry books, and reports read from those books.
Can I list properties for sale or rent publicly?
Yes. Published listings appear on the RE9 Homes search with photos, price and location.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. RE9 works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
How do I get a licence after the trial?
Each company has its own licence key, entered by the company admin in Settings. Contact the RE9 team to get a key.
